Install ssh client for windows BrainQuick server and Build a new plugin

Install PuTTY ssh client for windows and build a new plugin to :

  1. run ez-detect in TJU server from BQ server through ssh client.

  2. copy back the output of the execution to the correct path in BQ server with scp.
